Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By downloading or using FinKids, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
- ›The app is designed for users aged 9–18.
- ›Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent.
- ›Parent accounts require users to be 18 or older.
3. Accounts
- ›Login is via Sign in with Apple only.
- ›You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- ›Nicknames must not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating content.
- ›One account per Apple ID.
4. Simulated Investments & Educational Purpose
FinKids is an educational platform, not a financial services provider. Nothing within the app constitutes financial advice. For real investment decisions, consult a licensed financial adviser.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- ›FinKids Premium is billed through the Apple App Store.
- ›New subscribers receive a free trial period as displayed in the app at sign-up.
- ›Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- ›Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- ›Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy; we have no authority over refund decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- ›Manipulating leaderboards through automated or fraudulent means
- ›Impersonating other users or spreading misleading content
- ›Sharing or selling account access
- ›Reverse-engineering the app or scraping its data
- ›Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The FinKids name, logo, design, all educational content, and source code are owned by Dorabase. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dorabase is not liable for investment decisions made based on app content, technical outages, or third-party service failures. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time through the app settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul.
